About QRapid
QRapid is a free QR code generator built for one job: making clean, reliable QR codes without friction. Every free tool we tried wanted a sign-up, loaded slowly, or hid basic options behind a paywall. QRapid asks for none of that. You generate codes directly in your browser, and nothing you type is sent to a server.

How it works
The generator uses a well-tested open-source QR library running as JavaScript inside the page. When you enter a URL, Wi-Fi network, or contact card, the code is built on your own device. There is no upload step and no server round-trip, which is why it keeps working even with no connection once the page has loaded.
What we support
QRapid handles seven QR types: website URLs, Wi-Fi network logins, contact cards (vCard), email, phone numbers, SMS, and plain text. You can add a centre logo, change colours, and check contrast so the finished code still scans. Codes export as PNG for everyday use or SVG for print, where they stay sharp at any size.
Who maintains it
QRapid is run as a small independent project, maintained by a single developer. The guides in our guide library are written and reviewed in-house to be practical and accurate, with no invented statistics or fake case studies. If you spot something wrong, tell us and we will fix it.
